Refund policy

Fog City Audio is a custom cable shop.  Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

Each cable is 100% hand built to your requested specifications upon order placement.
We often start the building of a cable within an hour of order's placement.
We have an expansive selection of customization options (over 50K possible combinations per model), makings returns not possible.

We do not sell used cables, and do not reuse parts.
Please contact us with questions prior to placing an order. We are here to help, and are extremely responsive.

All of our cables are covered by a 12 month warranty (effective 11/30/2022).  If you experience an issue with one of our cables within this time, we will repair or replace it for you.

Customer pays for shipping the cable back to us.  We will cover shipping it back to you.  This warranty DOES NOT cover abuse, accidents wear and tear, or any other physical damage.  Modifications, tampering with, or repairs performed by anyone besides us, VOIDS the warranty.

Re-Termination service:  If your needs change, and would like your Fog City Audio cable re-terminated for a different headphone or amplifier, we can assist with this.  Contact us for details.
